We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your purchase. Except for damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns on our products. If there is a defect, please notify us by email or by calling our call centre within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the product. We believe in complete customer satisfaction, so if you received a damaged product as a result of transportation or a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations of orders is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. In special cases, it could be up to 48 hours. Aside from that, if there is a delay in dispatch from our end for any reason that exceeds 7 days, the customer has the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

– Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

– Any kind of product on Sale, Special offers, Occasion Sales such as Diwali, New Year, etc will not be eligible for cancellation.

Payments made via the Payment Gateway will take up to 1 week to refund. In some cases, the procedure may take longer if there are issues. Any kind of charges are to be borne by the customer.

– In case an order is cancelled by the customer as per our cancellation policy, the gateway charges will be borne by the customer (unless it is our fault).

Return Policy

– If the product is delivered damaged, the incorrect product is sent, or the product is dead or defective upon arrival, the buyer has 24 hours to contact us so that we can assist in resolving the issue with a replacement.

-It usually takes about 72 hours for Customer Service to pick up the product from your place and another four days to initiate a refund

– In the event of a return or refund, we process the refund within two days of the products being received and verified at our location.

– In case there are any claims of the product being faulty on delivery, we will pick up the product and replace it after we test the product. If the product is found to be non-faulty, the customer will be responsible for the product’s shipping costs, both to our origin and to the customer (twice the shipping).

Refund Policy

– In the event that the product is not available at the time of replacement, a full refund will be issued.

– Typically, our refund policy is activated within two days of product inspection. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take a few days to process. The timeline for debit and credit card refunds is determined by the bank.

– Although we would like to speed up the refund process, there may be some delays. For nationalized banks, expect an additional 4- 6 working/business days.
